A fishmonger is someone who is well trained at selecting, purchasing, handling, gutting, boning, filleting, displaying, merchandising and selling their product. At Hudson Valley Seafood, we take this craft very seriously.
If individuals who sell fish directly to the consumer do not take it seriously, we will be out of fish by 2060. This won’t happen if Hudson Valley Seafood has a say. You can make a difference as well, by asking questions and by being an advocate for smart seafood.
